“Sustainable Fitness was built with a vision to provide affordable guidance while leaving an imprint on as many lives as possible. There are plenty of coaches that will take your money month to month, but if you’re looking to create a lifestyle change that is sustainable with a passionate coach, you’ve found the right team.

Most people underestimate what they can accomplish in a few years and overestimate what can be done in a few months. Your Sustainable Fitness Coach will work with you for at least six months and help you lay the foundation for your better self. This minimum timeframe allows us to help you reach your goals and provide you with an opportunity to learn how to self-sustain in the process. Our goal is not only to get you where you want to be, but help you STAY there.

Your relationship with fitness and health does not need to be difficult. We will give you the tools to recognize the changes necessary to reach your ever-changing goals.”

    FOUNDER & HEAD COACH

Cara oversees all programs for Sustainable Fitness, LLC. She has been a Fitness and Nutrition Coach since 2013 and resides in Wichita, Kansas with her husband and three little boys. Over the last nine years she has had two additional children and competed in over six fitness competitions, all while balancing a family, full-time career, full-time school, and coaching numerous individuals through similar journeys. She lives to be an example for those questioning if they have "time".

Cara has a true passion for all things fitness and health related. She is experienced in working with a wide variety of clients of all ages and body types: from new moms, pregnant women, men, powerlifters, boxers, and physique competitors.

Education and self-development are two of the building blocks in our team and clients. In her spare time, she takes additional courses to educate herself and those around her with updated training and nutrition approaches.

  • ERIN FIX

    INTERN & UNDER COACH

Erin lives in Colorado with her amazing husband Andrew and two kitties - Thelma and Louise. A native of Chicago, she began her fitness journey in 2016 and fell in love with it. Throughout her journey she has grown to compete in multiple NPC fitness competitions and in the fall of 2020, won overall Bikini in her last show.

Prior to starting her fitness journey Erin was unsure of what to do in the gym and had minimal knowledge on how to fuel her body correctly. Through working with a personal trainer, she started to build confidence in her exercise routine and felt the positive changes that strength training can bring. The transformation she experienced has bled over into other areas of her life as well. Erin has seen significant growth in her personal and professional life as well as a willingness to push herself outside of her comfort zone on a regular basis.

Erin loves to work with others who are going through similar challenges. She would say “the best investment that one can make, is in themselves.”
